Our team
Our team is made up of mathematicians, physicists and engineers, many of them holding a PhD. Our recruitment processes are focused on seeking those professionals who are not only some of the best technically, but those who also possess a number of human and personal qualities that preserve our values untouched.

The SEM Researchers evaluate campaign data in order to find actions for campaign optimization. They find new ways to extract value from the SEM platforms and come up with ideas for new technologies.
SEM Engineers design every corner of a DASK and make sure that those structures are very pure in order to perfectly respond to user queries. They manage the daily operations of an account and maintain the relationship with our clients.
Data Scientists search for opportunities to create a smarter and more efficient bidding algorithm for every client. They use data extracted from DASKs and mix it with business and social data.
Front End Developers put a face to all our technologies so our team can use them. They create visual dashboards and layouts that help our clients and us make sense of what is going on in the accounts.
Back End Developers take care of the heart of our technologies and translate everything into code. They materialize every algorithm and new technology invented by the SEM Researchers or Data Scientists. They construct the engine behind our technologies.
The Operations Strategist works in hand with the CEO of the company, making sure that every project is on track, and helping the team reaching all their goals.
Research
This is our passion. We were born as a research lab and it’s in our DNA to find methods, structures and algorithms that allow us to gain advantages on SEM. We take risks daily and transform every innovation into practical technology that gives you an edge in the market.
We are currently focusing our research on:
